I delight in the fact that no UX design challenge is ever the same — with each uncovered unknown, I am pushed to learn, grow, think, and adapt. In my career thus far, one value remains constant — from non-profit work to architecture, and now within product design, I strive to understand the needs of people in order to craft a safer, more equitable, and more inclusive future. As a design strategist, I help turn unknowns into proposed solutions to address social inequities, tackle environmental challenges, and create communities in which people feel seen, heard, and acknowledged. 


UX Strategy & Design

As a UX Design Strategist at Delve in Boston, MA, I bridge the gap between business objectives and user needs to help clients launch successful products across physical and digital. From Fortune 500 companies to innovative startups, I partner with client teams to develop concepts, engage stakeholders, design strategic plans, create strategy and design artifacts, conduct user research, and guide the successful launch of products and services (previously at altr; acquired by Delve Jun 2023).

As a UX Designer at BJ’s Wholesale Club, I worked within the Shopping and Purchasing paths for web and mobile web. My work was focused on redesigning the Cart experience, from research, ideation, and testing through to design execution and developer hand-off.


Relevant Experience

As a business development coordinator at Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) in New York, NY, I collaborated with clients, design teams, partners, and operations to secure new projects for the firm. In 2019, I was selected to transfer to BIG’s Copenhagen, DK office to help grow the capabilities of their EMEA/APAC marketing operations. 

In 2020, I co-founded the Asian Inclusion Project, a response to the rise in anti-Asian hate crimes in the U.S. The project explores what it means to be Asian American, using stories of food and family as a means to unify, empower, and bring awareness to our community.
